Conducted a full website rebrand and navigation redesign to strengthen user experience and clarify brand identity. Integrated SEO strategy into the site architecture and developed scalable page systems for events and promotions, resulting in clearer communication and increased customer engagement.

Event Planning

Planned and executed dozens of events featuring brand pop-ups, food vendors, tattoo artists, DJs, giveaways, mystery boxes, and special deals that attracted thousands of attendees. Coordinated all marketing, advertising, and social media initiatives while aligning teams across three retail locations to ensure cohesive execution.

Advertisements

Established a scalable advertisement system for both digital and print promotional assets, streamlining production while reinforcing brand consistency. Assets included social media, website promotions, email newsletters, in-store signage, and other promotional materials.

Merchanising

Managed merchandising across three retail locations, designing cohesive in-store environments aligned with the company’s branding while integrating brand partnerships, seasonal displays, and promotional initiatives.

Store Postcards

Created a branded postcard series for retail locations, serving as collectible in-store takeaways that played into California’s cannabis tourism market.
